* fix(supervision): 修正 InspectCloseoutFlowTest 角色参数匹配实际调用
* test(fixcontact): 新增流程表达式/监听器/Service 单测，fixcontact 可测代码接近全覆盖
* refactor(fixcontact): 提炼上两级解析与部门ID清洗纯函数，监听器依赖注入化
* chore(bpm): 安装 JaCoCo 覆盖率插件并修复构建链（补齐 base-core 依赖、排除环境依赖测试）
